A new and very interesting project focused on the needs and problems faced by informal carers and professionals working with carers of patients with End Stage Renal Disease from Greece, Spain, Denmark, and Italy.
The meeting was attended on an online platform due to the Covid-19 emergency. It was, however, an opportunity for project partners to get to know each other, learn more about the respective national contexts and agree on the upcoming tasks foreseen by the work plan.
